How to Learn the Fundamentals of Leadership at KarateBuilt Martial Arts – Part 3

How to Learn the Fundamentals of Leadership at KarateBuilt Martial Arts – Part 3 !

Last time we revealed how to “stack the deck” with positive role models for your child,
today, let’s compare what value a great mentor can provide!

A mentor is a type of role model essential for leadership development.

The relationship between a person and a mentor is much more special because the mentor
will have an impact through a direct personal relationship.

The mentor and the person not only interact together but the mentor often takes a
personal interest in the success of their “student.”

The mentor is an important part of the person’s life.

A mentor can “take you under their wing” or you may seek them out based on a particular
area of expertise they possess. If you are fortunate enough to have one or more mentors
in your life, these will be the key people who will shape your leadership qualities, so
choose them wisely.

The best way to choose a role model or mentor is to examine your goals and seek out the
people who have accomplished similar objectives.

Our objective at KarateBuilt Martial Arts is to develop the essential character
traits and skills
that are necessary for a person to achieve a high level of success.

Success in their personal life, business life, career or family!

It’s so important not to leave your child’s role models “to chance” but rather to choose
an environment that will be a place for them to develop positive character traits, and to
be exposed to positive values consistently.
Sincerely,

Karate
