Make Commitment a Habit…

Make Commitment a Habit Through the KarateBuilt Martial Arts Program!

Setting goals is an important part of achieving success in any area of your life, and is a
MAJOR focus of our program at KarateBuilt Martial Arts.

But it is your commitment to the goal that will determine your success or failure.

Goals worth striving for are most often associated with challenges that will test
your commitment.

If your commitment is strong, chances are you will be able to overcomemost obstacles
that challenge you. If your commitment is weak, you will most likely be defeated.

What determines the strength of your commitment
?

Some people theorize that if the goal is important, then commitment will be strong.

While this seems like a valid assumption, it doesn’t explain why some people lose
the commitment to stop smoking or lose weight. These are obviously very important
health goals, yet commitment often varies. Another theory is that the strength of
your commitment is directly controlled by you. Commitment can be as much of a habit
as smoking or overeating. If you develop a consistency of responding to challenges
(big or small) in a certain way, it becomes a part of your character.

Over the next few messages we’ll explore exactly what it takes to “join the ranks” of
those “Super Achievers” who not only set motivating goals, but ALSO apply the commitment
required to actually achieve those goals!

At KarateBuilt Martial Arts, the ulimate goal of the student is to achieve their
Black Belt. This is a POWERFUL symbol of the dedication and growth that are the keys
to a happy, successful life.

Sincerely,

Karate
