My attention is better.  It made me focus at school and karate.  I reached my goal to be a black belt.  I have more confidence in myself.

…All that from a 7 year old… I will accept it! He also typed it up himself!

We already hear all the time that Karate improves attention span and we know that grades are a direct result of better focus and attention (in addition to better behavior). We see this time and time again with kids who start martial arts and fully complete a program through (typically at least 2nd degree) black belt. This alone is enough to want to get started today!
