Taekwondo holds a special place in me. It is an activity I share with my daughter and friends. It has helped me become who I am. It has shown me how to improve myself physically and mentally. I have taken the knowledge gained and put it into use at work and at home. My third degree belt says Father, Teacher, Student. I am a dad to my children first and I am also a teacher to my children, but also a teacher in taekwondo and my profession. I impart the knowledge I have learned to other adults and children. As a student, always learning and always having the thirst for knowledge. Taekwondo has combined all of these things to make me grow to be a better person.Taekwondo means friendship. Meeting new people and making new friends. Friends who push me to do better and more in life. Friends who do not allow me to get away with an “OK” performance. It is about having friends who encourage me when necessary and correct me without malice. Thanks Mr. Means!Sincerely, Sr. Master Greg Moody, Ph.D.KarateBuilt.com and KarateBuilt Martial Arts have been selected the nation’s #1 martial arts schools for EIGHT YEARS IN A ROW!KarateBuilt Martial Arts and Karate lessons for pre-school children ages 3-6 and elementary age kids ages 7 and up are designed to develop the critical building blocks kids need – specialized for their age group – for school excellence and later success in life.KarateBuilt Martial Arts Adult Karate training is a complete adult fitness and conditioning program for adults who want to lose weight, get (and stay in shape) or learn self-defense in a supportive environment.Instructors can answer questions or be contacted 24 hours or the day, 7 days a week at Karate@KarateBuilt.com or call directly at 866-311-1032 for one of our nationwide locations.
